Ingredients: Trimagnesium dicitrate, extract of freshPassiflora incarnata* (Passiflora) herb,Valeriana officinalis* (Valerian) dried root and freshMelissa officinalis* (Lemon Balm) herb, zinc citrate. Also contains cellulose, calcium phosphates, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (plant origin) and gum arabic.

Instructions

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.

A daily dose of 2 tablets contains:
187.6 mg magnesium (50% NRV*), 1.6 mg zinc (16% NRV*), 79.2 mg Passiflora extract, 9.8 mg Valerian extract and 9.8 mg Lemon Balm extract.
