Sea buckthorn oil (SBA24_) contains Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 and is also rich in natural antioxidants: tocopherols and tocotienols.

Capsule shell: Modified maize starch, glycerol, gelling agent: carrageenan, acidity regulator: disodium phosphate.

Directions:
2 capsules twice a day with food and drink for the first two weeks, 1 capsule twice a day thereafter.
