General Description

Grapefruit Essential Oil is traditionally used as an astringent skin conditioner.
It is very effective at removing toxins from the skin and stimulates the lymphatic system making it a great oil to use in anti-cellulite preparations.
Grapefruit Essential Oil is a good oil to use after exercise. It is high in Vitamin C and a handy pick me up for people with S.A.D (Seasonal Adjustment Disorder) as it refreshes and uplifts the spirit. Grapefruit is a lovely fresh smelling oil that can also help alleviate the symptoms of exhaustion.
As with the majority of essential oils, be sure to dilute in a Carrier Oil or Base Preparation before applying to the skin
